\nA successful and growing business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and KPI analysis \n
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning \n
- Oversee audit, statutory compliance and financial controls \n
- Develop and lead a finance team \n
- Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to support decision-making \n
- Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements \n
- \n
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified \n
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills \n
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial control \n
- Confident leading and developing finance teams \n
- Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach \n
- Suitable for an experienced Financial Controller or a strong practice-trained accountant seeking their first move into industry \n
