\nLocation: BournemouthSalary: £25,000 rising to £26,250 after probation
\nWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a high level of service is provided to both clients and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing queries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Handling incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries \n
- Providing clear, professional advice and resolving client queries \n
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery \n
- Managing and updating customer records and correspondence \n
- Responding to emails and allocating queries where necessary \n
- Monitoring daily workloads and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently \n
- Supporting with administrative duties and team projects as required \n
Working Hours
\n- \n
- Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 5:00pm \n
- 1 in 10 Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm \n
Salary & Benefits

- Starting salary of £25,000 \n
- Increase to £26,250 upon successful completion of probation \n
- 23 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year of service (up to an additional 5 days) \n

- Previous customer service experience is desirable \n
