Management Accountant

We're partnering with a development management and project management consultancy for luxury hospitality and residential properties in the UK and internationally. They're looking for a newley qualified management accountant to join their growing team in London.

Duties:

• The timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company and related client entities, including preparation of:\n
  \n
  • Profit & Loss with analytical review
  \n
  • Balance Sheet with full supporting schedules
  \n
  • Cash flow Statement
  \n
  • Funding request
  \n
  • Ad hoc reports
  \n
\n

\n
• Partnering with project and operations teams to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the business, building insightful financial reporting
\n
• Monitoring overall cash position on a regular basis to ensure business needs are met
\n
• Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts.
\n
• Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.
\n
• Management of the outsourced finance function
\n
• Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.
\n
• Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed.
\n

Job title: Management Accountant

Salary: £DOE + 10% discretionary bonus

Working Structure: 5 days on site

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
