The Opportunity\nA rapidly growing automotive OEM is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its expanding UK marketing team.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to build experience across digital marketing, paid media, campaign reporting, CRM activity, lead generation and marketing operations within a fast-paced automotive environment.
\nWorking closely with the wider marketing team, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, assist with performance reporting, coordinate with external partners and contribute to a variety of brand and customer acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support the day-to-day management of digital marketing and paid media campaigns across multiple channels. \n
- Assist with lead generation activity and monitor performance against key marketing KPIs. \n
- Produce regular campaign performance reports and marketing updates. \n
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and media partners to support campaign delivery. \n
- Assist with CRM and email marketing activity, including audience management and campaign reporting. \n
- Support website content updates and landing page optimisation. \n
- Assist in the development and coordination of creative assets and marketing materials. \n
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities. \n
- Maintain marketing budgets, schedules, trackers and administrative documentation. \n
- Support wider marketing partnerships, activations and special projects as required. \n
- \n
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related discipline, or 1–2 years' experience within a marketing role. \n
- Strong organisational and administrative skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools. \n
- Interest in digital marketing, paid media and performance analytics. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. \n

- Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally with an OEM, vehicle manufacturer, importer, distributor, dealer group or automotive marketing environment. \n
- Exposure to paid media, social media, CRM or digital marketing campaigns. \n
- Experience working with marketing agencies, media partners or third-party suppliers. \n
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and website content management systems. \n
- Passion for the automotive sector and emerging vehicle technologies. \n
