Warehouse Operative (PPT)\n
Aylesford, Kent Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm £27,000 per annum + £200 Monthly Attendance Bonus (after probation)
\nJoin a Growing Warehouse Team
\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and expanding logistics operation.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment who enjoys a varied role involving goods in, picking, put-away and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Unload inbound deliveries, including pallets and IBCs. \n
- Scan incoming shipments into the warehouse management system. \n
- Put away stock into the correct warehouse locations. \n
- Break down mixed pallet deliveries and distribute products to the correct storage areas. \n
- Pick customer orders accurately to specification. \n
- Band, strap and wrap shipments in line with ADR regulations and company procedures. \n
- Prepare shipments and attach the correct documentation. \n
- Print labels and confirm stock receipts using warehouse computer systems. \n
- Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Electric Pallet Trucks (PPT). \n
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure freight is ready for dispatch. \n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. \n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience within a fast-moving warehouse or logistics environment. \n
- Experience picking, putting away and preparing shipments. \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (SAP experience would be advantageous). \n
- A valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence. \n
- A valid external PPT (Electric Pallet Truck) Licence. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team. \n

- £27,000 starting salary. \n
- £200 monthly attendance bonus following successful completion of probation. \n
- Full training, including ADR / Dangerous Goods training. \n
- Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends. \n
