NJR Recruitment is working with a well-established and growing Independent Financial Advisory firm based in North Bradford, who are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to join their business and service an existing client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant advice across a broad range of financial planning areas.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with an in-house team of Administrators and Paraplanners, providing holistic advice and helping to develop the firm's client proposition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advice across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning
\n
• Conducting in-depth client reviews to understand financial circumstances and future goals
\n
• Completing risk profiling and suitability assessments
\n
• Researching the market and recommending appropriate products and solutions
\n
• Managing and developing ongoing client relationships
\n
• Conducting meetings both face-to-face and via telephone
\n
• Producing compliant financial reports and documentation
\n

About You:

\n
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Chartered status preferred but not essential)
\n
• Experience providing independent financial advice within an IFA environment
\n
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, and tax-efficient planning
\n
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being part of a team
\n
