An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Counsel to join a highly regarded in-house legal team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus primarily on supporting the organisation's energy and infrastructure investment activities

\n\nDescription
\n\n- \n
- Provide legal support on the structuring, negotiation and execution of energy, infrastructure, and financing transactions. \n
- Draft and negotiate finance and project documentation including facility agreements, PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements and related transaction documents. \n
- Advise on legal, regulatory, and commercial risks, delivering practical solutions that support business objectives. \n
- Support the management of existing investments and loan portfolios, including amendments, waivers and consents. \n
- Ensure completion of post-transaction requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes and governance frameworks. \n
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisers, acting as a trusted legal partner to the business. \n
Profile

- 4+ PQE \n
- Experience with project or infrastructure finance coming from an energy or financial services background \n
- Available for a 9 - 12-month period starting from September \n
- Working inhouse or in private practice \n
- Available to commute into London on a hybrid basis \n
Job Offer
