- Average Hours: 35 hours per week. \n
- The Rota (Two-Week Rotating Cycle): \n
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday \n
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday \n
- Shift Patterns (Split Shifts): 07:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:30 \n
- Pay Rates: \n
- Weekdays: £12.80 per hour \n
- Weekends: £16.80 per hour \n
- Overtime Bonuses: Earn an extra £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift! \n

- Personalized Care: Provide hands-on daily living support and personal care tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Medication & Wellbeing: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor overall client health. \n
- Community Connection: Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and local activities. \n
- Communication: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily care records and liaise warmly with families and the wider care team. \n

- Driver's License: A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential. \n
- Location: You must live within a 30-minute radius of Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar. \n
- Gender-Specific Roles: We are specifically seeking female staff for the Tayport and St Andrews positions due to the personal care requirements of our current clients.* \n
- Experience: Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential-we provide full, paid training! \n
