Client Support – Financial Planning | £36,000 | Hybrid Working

\nWorking Pattern: Office-based during probation, then hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\nYou’ll play a key role in supporting Advisors, Planners, and the wider investment team by ensuring seamless administration and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing new business processing, including application preparation, tracking and liaising with third parties \n
- Supporting the client review and sales process, including research, valuations and meeting preparation \n
- Maintaining accurate client records across internal systems \n
- Coordinating protection quotes and ensuring clients are placed on risk \n
- Handling fee statements, investigating discrepancies and supporting compliance returns \n
- Assisting with investment queries and liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders \n
- General office support including scheduling, document preparation, scanning and client hospitality \n
You’ll also contribute to improving processes, templates and office efficiency.
\nAbout You
\nThe ideal candidate will have:
\n- \n
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with an IFA, investment manager, platform or professional services environment \n
- Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and life assurance \n
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured, accurate and thorough working style \n
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure \n
- Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and third parties \n
- Good IT skills across Microsoft Office and ideally systems such as Curo or Voyant \n
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail \n
Working toward the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is a plus but not essential.
