HR Advisor

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join a proactive and collaborative People team.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to build strong relationships across the business. You will work closely with an experienced HR leader, providing practical advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced operational environment.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, helping to resolve people matters and support wider people initiatives.Key responsibilities include:\n

• Providing HR advice and guidance across employee relations, recruitment, performance management and development
\n
• Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and absence management
\n
• Supporting managers with short and long-term absence processes
\n
• Managing recruitment activity from approval through to onboarding and induction
\n
• Coaching managers to build confidence and capability across people processes
\n
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
\n
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
\n
• Supporting policy reviews and ensuring alignment with employment legislation
\n

About YouWe are looking for someone who is approachable, commercially aware and confident working with managers at all levels.You will have:\n

\n
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
\n
• Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of employment law
\n
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• The confidence to influence and challenge constructively
\n
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n
