\nThe Role
\nAs a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service. Your work will help advisers stay focused on delivering high-quality financial planning.
\nDay-to-day responsibilities include:

- Processing new business applications \n
- Requesting and chasing information from product providers \n
- Preparing client review packs and supporting documentation \n
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records \n
- Producing illustrations and policy information \n
- Arranging client meetings and managing adviser diaries \n
- Responding to client queries via phone and email \n
- Providing general back-office and administrative support \n
About You

- Experience as a Financial Services Administrator (2+ years ideal) \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office \n
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Curo) — beneficial but not essential \n
- A proactive, flexible, and team-focused attitude \n
