The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service. Your work will help advisers stay focused on delivering high-quality financial planning.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Processing new business applications
  • \n
  • Requesting and chasing information from product providers
  • \n
  • Preparing client review packs and supporting documentation
  • \n
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records
  • \n
  • Producing illustrations and policy information
  • \n
  • Arranging client meetings and managing adviser diaries
  • \n
  • Responding to client queries via phone and email
  • \n
  • Providing general back-office and administrative support
  • \n

About You

  • Experience as a Financial Services Administrator (2+ years ideal)
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • \n
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Curo) — beneficial but not essential
  • \n
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
  • \n
