Join a Legal 500 Firm with a progressive and commercially successful team known for its excellent client care and service. We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with over 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team.

Day to Day of the Role:

\n
• Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Law.
\n
• Establish and build strong client relationships.
\n
• Take and action detailed instructions effectively.
\n
• Work independently and within a supportive team environment.
\n
• Manage interactions with the public, official bodies, and owner-managed businesses with professionalism and confidence.
\n
• Maintain high standards of work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property Law.
\n
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcome Focused Regulations.
\n
• Excellent IT and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to quickly absorb information from various sources.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
