\n\nThe company: A well-established tour operator who pride themselves in being specialist in creating tailor made tours in Great Britain and Ireland
\n\nMain duties: Manage and coordinate Italian group travel programmes from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all services, suppliers and client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently.
\n\nThe role:
\n- Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours.
\n- Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion
\n- Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation
\n- Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time
\n- Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget
\n- Processing invoices and supporting payment administration
\n- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
\n\nThe candidate:
\n- Fluent in Italian essential
\n- Previous experience in travel, tour operations or a DMC would be preferred
\n- Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination
\n- Excellent communication and organisation skills
\n- Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task
\n- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
