The Opportunity

You'll become a key member of a busy aftersales team, supporting customers, service engineers and workshop technicians while helping keep commercial vehicles operating efficiently.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge, strengthen your commercial skills and build lasting relationships with customers. Every day is different, combining customer service, problem solving, sales and operational support in a role that offers real variety.

What You Will Do and What You Will Achieve

• Become the first point of contact for customers requiring parts advice and technical support
\n
• Identify and supply the correct parts quickly and accurately, helping minimise customer downtime
\n
• Prepare quotations, process customer orders and manage enquiries from start to finish
\n
• Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams and suppliers
\n
• Identify opportunities to increase parts sales through excellent customer service and commercial awareness
\n
• Generate new business through proactive outbound customer contact
\n
• Monitor back orders and keep customers fully informed throughout the process
\n
• Support warranty claims, returns and stock administration to ensure the department operates efficiently
\n
• Your contribution will directly improve customer satisfaction, increase sales and help the business continue its impressive growth.

What We're Looking For

You'll probably already be working as a:

• Parts Advisor

• Parts Sales Advisor

• Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor
\n
• Automotive Parts Specialist
\n
• Aftersales Advisor
\n

You'll also bring:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
\n
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Experience within commercial vehicles, automotive aftermarket or another technical parts environment
\n
• Confidence using computerised parts systems
\n
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to develop your career
\n
