Basic Salary: £40,000 | OTE: £55,000-£60,000

The Role\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of specialist industrial equipment at customer sites. The role is field-based, covering customers primarily across Scotland along the M8 corridor, with occasional travel into Northern England.
\nThis is a varied and hands-on position where you'll diagnose faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance, commission new equipment and provide technical support, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs. \n
- Install and commission industrial equipment at customer sites. \n
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently. \n
- Perform routine inspections to maximise equipment reliability and performance. \n
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally. \n
- Complete service reports and associated documentation accurately. \n
We're keen to speak with engineers who have:

- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. \n
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer working with industrial machinery or automated equipment. \n
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. \n
- Experience within the food, packaging or pharmaceutical industries would be highly advantageous. \n
- A willingness to travel across Scotland, with occasional travel into Northern England. \n
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. \n

- £40,000 basic salary \n
- OTE circa £60,000, driven by generous door-to-door paid overtime \n
