Business Manager

Freedom Outsourcing is looking for a commercially minded Business Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead our UK and Philippines teams, strengthen client relationships, and help drive business growth.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage processes, you'll shape them. Working directly with the company directors, you'll play a key role in how the business performs today and where it goes tomorrow.

• Manage and oversee a small UK team alongside an offshore workforce in the Philippines.
\n
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring teams, systems and workflows run efficiently.
\n
• Lead weekly team meetings, driving accountability and performance.
\n
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and act as their trusted point of contact.
\n
• Support business development by engaging with prospective clients, preparing proposals and helping win new business.
\n
• Maintain accurate tracking of client billing using Excel and Google Sheets
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
\n
• Work closely with the directors to support business strategy and growth.
\n

You'll be an experienced manager who combines strong leadership with commercial awareness and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have:

• Proven experience in a management or leadership role.
\n
• Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
\n
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
\n
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to support business growth.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and lead high-performing teams.
\n

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience working with teams in the Philippines or similar offshore environments.

• Experience within outsourcing or service-based businesses.
\n
