You’ll advise employer clients on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation and pre-hearing work
\n
• Employment law and HR advisory support
\n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
\n
• Settlement agreements and employee relations issues
\n
• Employment input on corporate and commercial transactions
\n
• Delivering training and contributing to business development
\n

This role would suit an Employment Solicitor who:

• Has 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
\n
• Is confident managing their own caseload with support
\n
• Communicates clearly with clients and colleagues
\n
• Is organised, adaptable and commercially aware
\n
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a wider team
