Grounds Maintenance OperativeAgency Temporary – 3 Month Absence Cover Location: Yeovil Salary:£27,976 per annum + Company Van Hours: 40 hours per week Join a Team That Takes Pride in Local Communities We're looking for a motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to help maintain attractive, safe, and welcoming outdoor spaces across the Yeovil area. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Maintain communal outdoor areas, including grass, shrubs and hedges. Carry out soft landscaping and minor tree work where required. Respond to reactive maintenance issues, including clearing hazards and dumped items. Plan and manage your workload across a fortnightly maintenance schedule. Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.What We're Looking For Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable). PA1 & PA6AW and/or NPTC qualifications are desirable but not essential.What's on Offer 3-month agency assignment. Company van, fuel card, tablet and mobile phone. Full uniform and PPE provided.
