\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Provide administrative support across multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. \n
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs and meeting minutes. \n
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications. \n
- Track project progress and assist with reporting on milestones, budgets and deliverables. \n
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support project delivery. \n
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions. \n
- Assist with procurement, invoicing and resource coordination where required. \n
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and project governance standards. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a project support or administrative role. \n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. \n
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. \n
