Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing business that prides itself on producing high-quality fabricated products. \nAs a MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly process, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other materials as required. \n
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication specifications. \n
- Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning components. \n
- Produce high-quality welds that meet customer and company quality standards. \n
- Inspect completed welds and carry out any necessary finishing work. \n
- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and effectively. \n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. \n
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. \n
- Work collaboratively with production teams to achieve daily production targets. \n
- Report equipment faults, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors. \n
The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience as a MIG Welder within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. \n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. \n
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes. \n
