Paraplanner – Bromley (office based) – Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Are you a Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your financial planning career? Our client, a well-established and growing wealth management firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to join its friendly and supportive team.

This is a genuine career-development opportunity. You'll work closely with experienced Financial Advisers and a Senior Paraplanner, with full support as you complete your Level 4 Diploma and build your technical knowledge across investments, pensions and protection.

The role

\n
• Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to target deadlines
\n
• Undertake comparative and technical research to support client recommendations
\n
• Support the Advisers in verifying the compliance and suitability of advice
\n
• Review clients' overall financial position from fact find information
\n
• Process ongoing client reviews in line with service standards
\n
• Liaise with the administration team on the implementation of new business
\n
• Investigate and respond accurately to client queries
\n

About you

\n
• A minimum of 12 months' experience in a paraplanning
\n
• Working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or already qualified)
\n
• A good understanding of financial products and services, including pensions and investments
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear technical commentary
\n
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
\n
• A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in financial planning
\n
