This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Finance Business Partner ready to step into a high-impact, senior-facing role with real ownership and progression potential.

We’re working with a fast-moving, agile business based in Leeds City Centre to recruit a Finance Business Partner who will act as the right hand to the Head of Commercial Finance. This is a key role, leading on strategic planning and performance insight for one or more executive functions — with two direct reports and regular exposure to leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for one or more functional areas
\n
• Deliver robust financial reporting and insight to drive operational performance
\n
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to challenge and support key decisions
\n
• Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their professional growth
\n
• Monitor performance against KPIs and business objectives
\n
• Provide commercial input into revenue generation, sales incentives, and pricing decisions
\n
• Champion cost efficiency, headcount control, and risk mitigation across functions
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with solid Finance Business Partnering experience
\n
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills at senior levels
\n
• A commercial mindset – you’re comfortable challenging, influencing, and adding value
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
\n
• Proactive, hands-on, and passionate about driving business performance
\n
