Role: Commercial Property Locum SolicitorLocation: West Bridgford, NottinghamAssignment: 14th September - 25th September 2026Working Pattern: Full-Time or 3 Days Per Week ConsideredHourly Rate: Competitive | DOE Short-Term Commercial Property Locum Opportunity CRA Consulting is pleased to be working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in West Bridgford that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor to provide holiday cover for a Partner during September. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a quality short-term assignment with a friendly, supportive practice. The firm is open to discussing either full-time hours or a three-day-per-week arrangement for the right candidate.The Role You'll take responsibility for an established commercial property caseload while a Partner is on annual leave, ensuring transactions continue to progress smoothly and clients continue to receive an excellent level of service. The caseload will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
\n
• Refinancing and secured lending transactions
\n
• General commercial property advice
\n
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently
\n

The work is varied, well organised and supported by an experienced team, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significant commercial property experience
\n
• A proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
\n
• The confidence to step into an existing caseload with minimal supervision
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Availability between 14th September and 25th September 2026
\n
• Flexibility to work either full-time or three days per week
\n
