High Net Worth Mortgage Broker

Home-based with 2 days per week in the West End, London

£50,000 basic salary + OTE £100,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious High Net Worth Mortgage Broker to join a well-established specialist lending business. This is a home-based role with regular access to the West End office twice per week, offering strong earning potential and high-quality lead support.

The successful candidate will advise clients across a range of specialist lending products, including:

• High Net Worth Mortgages

• Bridging Finance
\n
• Development Finance
\n
• Commercial Mortgages
\n
• Potentially Equity Release
\n

We are looking for a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills and the gravitas to work with high-value clients. You will work closely with an internal paraplanner who will provide administrative and documentation support, allowing you to focus on client management and business generation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ mortgage broking experience
\n
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
\n
• Experience within the specialist lending market
\n
• Background from either a directly authorised or network proposition considered
\n
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
\n
• Motivated, dynamic, and commercially minded
\n
