Assistant Manager

Location:Unit 5A White Rose Centre, Leeds LS11 8LLHours per Week:39 hoursShift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.Salary: Up to £31,600 per annumThe Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, youll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.

• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
\n
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
\n
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
\n

What youll need to succeed

• Retail leadership experience

• Passion for customer service & sales.
\n
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
\n
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
\n
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
