Rochester, Kent Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm £32,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a growing e-commerce and fulfilment business based in Rochester, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead their daytime warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise a team of around 14 operatives, and ensure targets for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service are achieved. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining standards and supporting operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day shift, including daily briefings, workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
\n
• Oversee goods-in processes, ensuring deliveries are received, checked, and stored accurately.
\n
• Manage pick, pack, and dispatch operations across multiple e-commerce channels.
\n
• Coordinate Amazon FBA shipments, palletisation, labelling, and outbound collections.
\n
• Supervise, coach, and support the warehouse team on a day-to-day basis.
\n
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and health & safety procedures.
\n
• Support the training and onboarding of new starters.
\n
• Participate in a Sunday on-call rota (approximately every second Sunday).
\n

About You

We're looking for someone with:

\n
• At least 3 years' warehouse supervisory experience within e-commerce, fulfilment, or 3PL.
\n
• Experience managing teams of 8+ operatives.
\n
• Knowledge of goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and Amazon FBA processes.
\n
• Experience using warehouse management systems (Linnworks advantageous).
\n
• Strong health & safety awareness.
\n
• Forklift Counterbalance or Reach licence, or willingness to obtain certification.
\n
• A proactive approach to improving standards, processes, and team performance.
\n
