Order Processing SpecialistAbout the RoleUnder the direction of the Order Processing Team Leader, the Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for accurately creating, reviewing, and approving client orders while ensuring compliance with all internal standards, procedures, and client requirements. The role supports efficient order prioritisation and contributes to meeting business and customer service objectives in a fast-paced operational environment.Job Title: Order Processing SpecialistLocation:Horsham - Langhurstwood RoadWorkplace:OnsiteContract Duration:12 MonthsHours: 38.75 hours per weekShift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate:£14.68 per hourKey Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and approve orders within the Global Project Management (GPM) system, ensuring all associated documentation is accurate and complete
    • \n
  • Meet internal and external customer expectations through timely and accurate order processing
    • \n
  • Adhere to all training and refresher programmes relating to Standard Operating Procedures
    • \n
  • Consistently meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • \n
  • Maintain high housekeeping and data accuracy standards
    • \n
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional internal teams and departments
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to support operational efficiency
    • \n

Required Skills & Experience

  • GCSEs (or equivalent experience), including English and Mathematics
    • \n
  • Strong computer literacy, including data entry and Excel
    • \n
  • High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
    • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • \n
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate workloads effectively
    • \n
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • \n
