Used Car Sales Manager

Location: Wirral

Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

OTE: £65,000+ Uncapped

Richard Abson Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager on behalf of a successful, well-established dealership based on the Wirral.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader to take charge of a successful used car operation, managing a team of five Sales Executives and driving performance in a busy retail environment.

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of 5 Sales Executives.
\n
• Driving the team to achieve a target of 50 used vehicle sales per month.
\n
• Coaching and supporting your team to maximise performance and profitability.
\n
• Managing the daily operation of the used car sales department.
\n
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
\n
• Working closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.
\n

• £40,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary
\n
• £65,000+ Uncapped OTE
\n
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
\n
• Every other Saturday off
\n
• Every Sunday off
\n

We're looking for someone who has:

\n
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, or experienced Transaction Manager within a franchised dealership.
\n
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
\n
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team.
\n
• A hands-on management style and a passion for delivering results.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
