About the Role

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring information is accurately recorded and administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, maintain, and update data across internal systems and databases.
  • \n
  • Process documentation and records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Manage and prioritise a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • \n
  • Provide general administrative support to departments across the business.
  • \n
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, telephone enquiries, and post.
  • \n
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents as required.
  • \n
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
  • \n
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules where required.
  • \n
  • Monitor and resolve administrative queries efficiently and professionally.
  • \n
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs and shifting priorities.
  • \n

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or data entry role.
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • \n
  • Strong data inputting skills with the ability to maintain high levels of precision.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • \n
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to react positively to changing demands.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • \n
  • Experience using Xero desirable
  • \n
