Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods and supplies
\n
• Checking deliveries for damaged or missing items
\n
• Booking in and storing stock accurately
\n
• Moving stock manually or using lifting equipment and forklift trucks
\n
• Loading and unloading shipping containers
\n
• Picking and packing multi-item customer orders
\n
• Maintaining accurate warehouse records and paperwork
\n
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
\n
• Communicating with customers via email and telephone
\n
• Using WMS systems
\n
• Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

\n
• Previous warehouse experience, particularly in picking and packing multi-piece orders
\n
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
\n
• Good level of spoken and written English
\n
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
\n
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
\n
• A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting and manual handling
\n
