Operations Coordinator | £28k (c) | Nr Salisbury | Free Parking | M-F 36hrs a week

We are recruiting for an established and growing manufacturing business to recruit an Operations Coordinator who thrives on variety, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

\n

This isn't just another admin role. You'll become a key part of the operations team, supporting multiple departments and playing an important role in ensuring the business continues to deliver an exceptional service.

\n

We're far more interested in attitude than anything else. If you're bright, organised, confident with MS Office and enjoy learning new systems, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity\n

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business. One minute you'll be supporting purchasing, the next you'll be coordinating office supplies, assisting the materials team, or ensuring important information is accurately maintained across internal systems.

You'll work closely with a supportive team who will provide full training, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career within a successful organisation.

What You'll Be Doing\n

  • Supporting the Purchasing function with day-to-day administration.
  • \n
  • Managing the Purchasing inbox and coordinating supplier communications.
  • \n
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining purchasing records.
  • \n
  • Ordering office stationery and operational consumables.
  • \n
  • Providing administrative support to the Materials department.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate information across business systems.
  • \n
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure work flows efficiently.
  • \n
  • Supporting continuous improvement and helping keep operations running smoothly.
  • \n
What We're Looking For\n

We don't mind what industry you've come from.

You could currently be working in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, purchasing, sales support or another office-based role. But what matters most is that you are:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • A confident communicator who enjoys helping others.
  • \n
  • IT savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
  • \n
  • Positive, proactive and keen to develop new skills.
  • \n
  • Able to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy.
  • \n
  • Someone who takes ownership and enjoys being relied upon.
  • \n
