\nAbout the Role
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and technology-driven financial planning team as a Financial Planner. You'll provide desk-based financial planning advice and ongoing service to an established client bank, supporting clients with investable assets of up to £250,000.
\nWorking within a hybrid environment, you'll focus on building strong client relationships, delivering holistic financial planning solutions, and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.
\nAs a Financial Planner, you will:

- Manage and develop relationships with an existing client portfolio. \n
- Proactively engage with clients to review their financial planning needs and deliver ongoing advice. \n
- Convert existing legacy clients to the firm's ongoing service proposition. \n
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning. \n
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and referrals. \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to identify cross-selling opportunities. \n
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through timely communication and high-quality advice. \n
- Utilise industry-leading technology and systems to enhance client outcomes and adviser efficiency. \n

Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Deliver holistic financial planning solutions tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Review and service existing clients as part of the firm's ongoing advice proposition. \n
- Achieve revenue and business development targets. \n
- Identify opportunities to generate additional advice income and referrals across the wider group. \n
- Ensure all client recommendations and reports meet regulatory and internal compliance standards. \n
- Maintain detailed knowledge of financial planning products, legislation, and market developments. \n
- Adhere to Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and Regulatory Conduct Risk (RCR) principles. \n
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external professional introducers. \n
- Ensure excellent client outcomes through high-quality advice and service delivery. \n
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance client experience and regulatory compliance. \n
Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) – Essential. \n
- Experience within Financial Planning, Paraplanning, Wealth Management, or Private Client services. \n
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection planning. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. \n
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines. \n
- Experience using CRM systems, databases, Microsoft Word and Excel. \n
- Cashflow modelling experience desirable but not essential. \n
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes. \n
