An established Chartered Financial Planning firm is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join its growing Client Services team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator looking to join a professional, client-focused Wealth Management business offering genuine long-term career development.

• Provide full administrative support to Financial Advisers.
\n
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
\n
• Liaise with providers, platforms and clients.
\n
• Prepare review packs and client documentation.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems.
\n
• Support advisers throughout the client journey from application through to ongoing servicing.
\n

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator is essential.
\n
• Experience working within an IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm.
\n
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning administration.
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar back-office systems is advantageous.
