\nLocation: Bristol, United KingdomSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
\nHours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Will consider 9am-3pm, Flexible as required)

\n What’s the role about?\nAs HR & People Manager, you will:

- Take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity \n
- Partner with leadership to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy \n
- Lead recruitment, ensuring the business attracts and retains high-quality talent \n
- Strengthen organisational culture, moving from reactive to proactive HR practices \n
- Support leaders with people challenges, coaching them to build high-performing teams \n

- Develop and implement a clear people strategy aligned to business growth plans \n
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from role scoping through to onboarding and induction \n
- Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design \n
- Build and embed effective HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks \n
- Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capability \n
- Design and deliver learning and development initiatives across the business \n
- Drive cultural evolution, embedding values and improving engagement \n
Requirements
About You \nYou’re someone who:
\n- \n
- Has proven experience as a generalist HR professional, ideally in an SME environment \n
- Is equally comfortable at strategic level and delivering hands-on HR support \n
- Brings strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice \n
- Has a track record of managing recruitment and improving quality of hires \n
- Is commercially aware and understands the link between people and performance \n
- Builds trust quickly, communicates effectively, and handles sensitive situations with confidence \n
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can make a real difference \n
