Corporate Solicitor (Associate) – Swindon

A respected Legal 500 firm is continuing to invest in its Corporate team and is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Associate Solicitor to support their impressive client base. This is an excellent opportunity to advise a diverse range of businesses, from innovative start-ups through to established national companies, across sectors including technology, IT and life sciences.

What you'll be doing

\n
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions and business disposals
\n
• Supporting private equity transactions, investments and management buyouts
\n
• Drafting and negotiating shareholder, partnership and investment agreements
\n
• Advising on corporate governance and joint venture arrangements
\n
• Assisting with restructures, reorganisations and wider strategic projects
\n
• Running your own matters while working alongside experienced partners on complex, high-value transactions
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in corporate law
\n
• Strong experience handling corporate transactions, particularly M&A
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
\n
• Enthusiastic about networking, business development and becoming part of the local business community
\n
