\n Autism Practitioner (Full-Time) \n

\n Location: South West Service (Lanark, Carluke, and Biggar).\n
\n
\n Pay: £13.45 - £14.15 per hour, plus £107.60 per sleepover worked.\n
\n
\n Hours: Full-time across flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends) with potential on-call duties.\n
\n
\n The Role:Join our dedicated organisation to support autistic individuals in living fulfilling, independent lives. Acting as a Keyworker, you will deliver tailored care across supported living and residential settings using outcome-based plans and low-arousal techniques.\n

  • A compassionate, adaptable team player who embodies values like collaboration and contribution.

  • A skilled communicator who is confident using IT systems for digital recording.
    • \n
  • Membership of the PVG scheme and SSSC registration (or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification).
