\nShowrooms: Chelsea Harbour & Belgravia + extensive travel across South West England & The Home Counties (Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire)

\nReporting to: Head of UK Sales
\nYour Background / Skills: Field Sales, New Business Development, Territory Management, Relationship Management, Luxury Products, Interior Design, Luxury Furniture Sales, Textiles, Fabrics, Furnishings.
\nYour Role in the Story
\nThis is a field-based sales role with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant commercial impact.
\nReporting to the Head of UK Sales, you'll own and grow your territory, driving profitable sales through proactive business development and exceptional relationship management.
\nWorking predominantly in the field, you'll spend four days each week meeting interior designers, architects and trade customers, uncovering new opportunities, presenting premium collections and developing long-term commercial relationships. One day each week will be dedicated to prospecting, appointment generation and strengthening your pipeline.
\nThis is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, thrives on winning new business and wants to represent one of the most respected names in luxury interiors.
\nWhat success looks like:
\n• Own and grow your territory by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across South West England and the Home Counties.
\n• Schedule and attend a minimum of 10 qualified customer appointments each week, maintaining a disciplined approach to prospecting and pipeline generation.
\n• Build trusted relationships with interior designers, architects and trade customers, developing long-term partnerships and growing existing accounts.
\n• Present de Le Cuona's premium collections through engaging client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
\n• Identify projects early and convert opportunities into profitable, long-term business.
\n• Build and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, ensuring excellent forecasting, reporting and opportunity management.
\n• Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movements to identify new commercial opportunities.
\n• Produce insightful weekly sales reports and contribute to monthly sales meetings.
\n• Represent de Le Cuona professionally across client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, Design Week, Craft Week and other industry events.
\n• Collaborate with the wider UK Sales team to deliver ambitious growth plans and an exceptional customer experience.
\nAbout You
\nYou'll be a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and consistently exceeding targets.
\nYou'll also bring:
\n• Experience selling luxury interiors, textiles, fabrics, furnishings or specification-led products.
\n• Proven success within field sales, business development or territory management.
\n• A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
\n• Experience generating your own appointments and developing a healthy sales pipeline.
\n• Excellent negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
\n• Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage customers both one-to-one and in group settings.
\n• A highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined approach to managing your own territory.
\n• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and opportunities.
\n• A willingness to spend at least four days each week travelling throughout your territory.
\n• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
\nHighly Desirable
\n• Existing relationships within the interior design, architecture or luxury residential sectors.
\n• An understanding of specification-led selling and project-based sales cycles.
