- Managing and supervising a team of Vehicle Technicians to ensure workshop productivity \n
- Providing technical guidance and support to the workshop team \n
- Liaising with Service Advisors and customers to keep them informed on vehicle progress \n
- Producing accurate customer quotations and invoices using the Dealer Management System (DMS) \n
- Organising and managing job cards, workshop schedules, and workshop administration \n
- Ensuring all workshop activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and to high standards \n
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards and workshop quality assurance \n
- \n
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar supervisory role within the automotive industry \n
- Strong technical background as a Vehicle Technician \n
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) \n
- Proficiency in using job cards, invoicing systems, email, and Microsoft Office \n
- Well-developed organisational and communication skills \n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities \n
- Full UK Driving Licence \n
