\nThe Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:?

- Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £150k-£1m+.? \n
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.? \n
- Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.? \n
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.? \n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.? \n
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.? \n
- Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.? \n
- Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice. \n
Profile
\nThe Personal Injury Solicitor should be:?
\n- \n
- A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.? \n
- Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.? \n
- Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.? \n
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.? \n
- Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings. \n
