- Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking. \n
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance. \n
- Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs. \n
- Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement. \n
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption. \n

- Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub \n
- Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards \n
- Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently \n
