We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our fast-paced and expanding business in Henley-on-Thames.

You'll play a key role in supporting the billing process from start to finish, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time while maintaining excellent financial records and customer service.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Generate and issue customer invoices in line with contracts, orders and service agreements.
  • \n
  • Verify billing information, ensuring pricing, quantities and applicable taxes are accurate.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer billing records and account information.
  • \n
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
  • \n
  • Process invoice adjustments, credits and corrections where required.
  • \n
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Sales and Operations, to ensure billing accuracy.
  • \n
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • \n

Skills & Experience\n

  • Previous experience in a billing, finance, accounting or administrative role.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
  • \n
  • Experience using Salesforce is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
