  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Oversee quality control processes across production lines, identifying areas for improvement.
  • \n
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal and external quality requirements.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • \n
  • Analyse quality metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and process enhancements.
  • \n
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters.

Profile

\n

A successful Quality Manager should have:

\n
    \n
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • \n
  • 7+ years of experience in QA / quality management
  • \n
  • Skilled in QMS tools (FMEA, 8D, audit)
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001
  • \n
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Continuous Improvement trained knowledge
  • \n
  • Experience in people coaching and development
  • \n
