Join our award-winning Corporate Team at a Legal 500 ranked firm known for our ambitious approach and commitment to growth. We are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to play a strategic role in shaping how legal knowledge is developed and delivered within our Corporate team.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Knowledge Management & Technical Excellence:\n
  \n
  • Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, templates, and guidance aligned with market practice.
  \n
  • Manage and enhance the firm’s corporate know-how resources.
  \n
  • Provide practical legal support and research across corporate matters.
  \n
  • Act as a trusted technical sounding board for complex issues.
  \n
  • Monitor and communicate key legal and regulatory developments.
  \n
\n
• Training & Development:\n
  \n
  • Identify training needs across the Corporate team.
  \n
  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes, particularly in M&A and corporate best practice.
  \n
  • Support trainee development, induction, and ongoing learning initiatives.
  \n
  • Contribute to the Corporate Learning & Development strategy.
  \n
\n
• Business Development & Client Engagement:\n
  \n
  • Support client initiatives including briefings, campaigns, and training sessions.
  \n
  • Contribute technical input to proposals and pitches.
  \n
  • Assist in developing thought leadership and client-facing content.
  \n
\n
• Innovation & Change:\n
  \n
  • Support the delivery of the Corporate innovation strategy.
  \n
  • Identify opportunities for legal tech adoption and process improvement.
  \n
  • Champion knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  \n
  • Promote technology-driven efficiencies across the team.
  \n
\n
• Collaboration & Strategy:\n
  \n
  • Work closely with Corporate partners and lawyers, as well as the wider knowledge function.
  \n
  • Support practice group strategy and key initiatives.
  \n
  • Collaborate with specialist teams (tax, employment, banking) to ensure integrated advice.
  \n
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• 6+ years PQE as a Corporate lawyer or established Professional Support Lawyer (PSL).
\n
• Strong experience in mid-market M&A and the full deal lifecycle.
\n
• Excellent drafting and research skills, with the ability to produce clear, practical guidance.
\n
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
\n
• Experience supporting training or developing junior lawyers.
\n
• Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
\n
• Collaborative, proactive, and interested in innovation and legal tech.
\n
