\nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support across multiple projects and workstreams. \n
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities. \n
- Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and project documentation. \n
- Monitor project timelines and assist with tracking progress against key milestones. \n
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and document management systems. \n
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing papers. \n
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. \n
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. \n
Profile
\nPerson Specification:

- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role. \n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. \n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
