\nHybrid option available
\n12 month fixed term contract and 4 days a week options are available
\n\nMy client who are within Financial Services are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. We are looking for candidates who has experience of managing a team and providing daily support and guidance to Team Leaders.
\n\nThis is a fixed-term contract position to cover maternity leave, therefore the successful candidate will be required for a minimum of 12 months cover, ideally from September onwards, to ensure a sufficient hand over period.
\n\nJob responsibilities
\n\nProvide leadership and line management for Internal Sales Team with varying levels of experience, including coaching and development.
\nOversee workflow management, staff competency, and training requirements.
\nEnsure telephone teams maximise business opportunities across regions.
\nAssist field and internal sales teams with complex broker queries and escalations.
\nPlan and deliver onboarding training for new team members, including Field Sales.
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policy.
\nCollaborate with Operations to identify and deliver improved efficiency and customer outcomes.
\n\nKey Skills & Experience
\n\nProven leadership experience within sales or financial services.
\nDemonstratable experience in people management including coaching and mentoring skills. .
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nFlexible, proactive, and committed to high performance
\nSolution focused mindset and highly organised.
\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
