Job Description
Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show.
\nPrevious experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential.
\n\nROLE:

- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks). \n
- Maintain specialized showroom flooring. \n
- Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine. \n
- Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. \n
- Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage. \n
- Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment. \n
- Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance). \n
- Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards. \n
- Maintain clear and safe access paths in high-value storage areas. \n
REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent "eye for detail". \n
- Comfortable working around high-profile clients with total professionalism. \n
- A "jack-of-all-trades" who understands that no task is too small, from hanging rare automotive art to fixing a leak in the canteen. \n
- Basic proficiency in multiple trades (painting/decorating, basic electrics, plumbing). \n
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely around. \n
- Full, clean driving license. \n
