I am working with a fantastic, fast-growing flexible workspace brand expanding across Essex and Hertfordshire, and they are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join their journey. A driver with access to a car is essential

What you will be doing

This is a pure outbound role – ideal for someone who thrives on:

• Cold calling and proactive outreach
\n
• Opening doors and generating new business
\n
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
\n

You will play a key role in driving growth and helping shape the future of the sales function.

Location & Flexibility

\n
• 75% home-based – genuine hybrid working
\n
• Initial training in Bishop’s Stortford
\n
• Weekly in-person meetings across Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, and Cambridge
\n
• Travel across Essex & Hertfordshire required – a driver with access to a car is essential
\n

Salary & Earnings

\n
• £34,000 basic
\n
• Uncapped commission
\n
