Job Description
Supply Chain Planner
\nWe are currently partnering with a fast-paced and growing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain planner. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment process across a designated supplier category, ensuring supplier data is accurately maintained and operational processes run smoothly across internal systems.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of fulfilment activities for an assigned supplier category, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes \n
- Provide key documentation and information to support inbound purchase orders, including:\n
- \n
- Import clearance coordination \n
- Management of manufacturing order tolerances \n
- Supporting supplier payments in line with agreed terms \n
\n - Plan, schedule and coordinate inbound container shipments with suppliers and 3PL warehouse partners \n
- Forecast replenishment requirements for 3PL locations based on historical demand trends and upcoming business activity \n
- Generate reporting and trend analysis to support inventory planning and operational decision-making \n
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with departmental targets and system-driven requirements \n
- Ensure timely supplier acknowledgement of purchase orders, challenging discrepancies and escalating issues where required \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across business systems, communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders \n
- Monitor purchase order progress and proactively expedite deliveries to maintain high service levels \n
- Manage supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring issues are recorded, investigated and resolved promptly \n
- Track and report on supplier and product performance, including ensuring all applicable rebates are captured \n
- Prepare data, insights and reports to support supplier reviews and commercial negotiations \n
- Support wider team activities and undertake additional duties as required \n
Required Background & Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience within supply chain, logistics or warehouse/distribution environments \n
- Experience working with multiple systems, ideally including warehouse management and ERP systems \n
- Strong background in data management, reporting and analysis \n
- Experience managing relationships with multiple suppliers and third-party logistics providers \n

- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and manage complex data sets \n
