Senior Creative Producer (Live Events)\n

Oval, London | Office-Based | £35,000-£40,000 DOEFully office-based - no hybrid or remote working

About the Role\n

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Creative Producer to lead the development and delivery of creative concepts across a growing international portfolio of live event brands.

\n

Working closely with the Head of Event Creative & Talent, you will take ideas from concept through to production and on-site execution. The role covers theming, décor, props, installations, staging and immersive audience experiences.

\n

With more than 25 events taking place each week across multiple territories, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong creative judgement, production knowledge and excellent project management.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Lead creative projects from initial concept to live delivery
  • \n
  • Develop event themes, décor, props, installations and audience experiences
  • \n
  • Create practical production plans, timelines, briefs and budgets
  • \n
  • Manage suppliers, fabricators, contractors and production partners
  • \n
  • Maintain creative quality and brand consistency across venues and territories
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Events, Talent, Operations, Marketing and Merchandising teams
  • \n
  • Support and guide the Event Creative & Merchandising Coordinator
  • \n
  • Oversee sourcing, production, rollout and maintenance of creative assets
  • \n
  • Attend site visits and events to manage creative execution
  • \n
  • Review existing events and identify opportunities for improvement
  • \n
About You\n

You will have:

    \n
  • Proven experience in live events, entertainment, theatre, festivals, nightlife, experiential or immersive production
  • \n
  • Experience taking creative concepts from idea through to execution
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of theming, décor, props, staging or scenic production
  • \n
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, suppliers and multiple projects
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • A practical understanding of event logistics and on-site delivery
  • \n
  • The confidence to take ownership and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
\n

Experience with international events, touring productions, creative software or project management platforms would be an advantage.

Working Pattern\n

Monday to Friday, fully office-based in Oval, London.

\n

Flexibility may be required around launches, event schedules, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
