About Our Environment\n

Our class sizes are intentionally small, with no more than 6 pupils per class, ensuring personalized attention and support. Each class is led by a qualified teacher and supported by up to 2 teaching assistants. We cater to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as various diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more.

Your Role and Responsibilities\n

As a Secondary Science GCSE Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
\n
• Support the class team in facilitating learning and promoting positive behaviors.
\n
• Monitor pupil progress and collaborate with staff to meet individual needs.
\n
• Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities and trips.
\n
• Build positive relationships to enhance learning outcomes.
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• A degree-level education
\n
• Experience teaching GCSE Science at the secondary level
\n
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH
\n
• Strong behavior management skills
\n
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
\n
• A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
\n
